Medicaid Redesign and Navigant Report Could Have Huge Impact on DOJ Settlement, Olmstead, and DBHDD

The Department of Community Health commissioned Navigant to study and propose a redesign of the state's Medicaid system.  The proposed report could have major ramifications on the Department of Justice Settlement, Olmstead, long term care, and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.  Of particular import are:  the Executive Summary of the report along with Chapter 5 and three Appendices:  L, M, and N;  the "L" appendix covers Behavioral Health, "M" Long Term Care, and "N" Children and Foster Care.
